A shot from Washington taken a year ago. I worked first on a colour version of this shot with the nice garden and the fountain in the morning sun. But I quickly realized that it turned out to be a "seen hundred times postcard". So I reworked the shot on a more dramatic style with black and white, grain and high contracted curve. I think it has more impact like this.
